Origin & Intellectual Property

ModelForge Studio originated as model engineering technology developed within Cora AI Operating System (Cora AI OS), BablePhish®, and CollegeHelp AI™, products created and owned by 3C Publications LLC. After that work showed the technology was valuable on its own, 3C Publications LLC chose to offer it as ModelForge Studio, a standalone product.

ModelForge Studio is a derivative work of those applications and remains part of their intellectual property, owned by 3C Publications LLC. Offering it as a standalone product does not change its origin or its ownership.

ModelForge Studio is licensed and operated as a standalone product. Its functionality does not require Cora AI Operating System, BablePhish, Agentic Weaver, CollegeHelp AI, or any other 3C Publications application. It may be integrated into, connected with, or utilized by other applications and platforms, including products developed by 3C Publications LLC, subject to technical compatibility and applicable licensing agreements.

ModelForge Studio's origin and intellectual property ownership remain the same whether it is deployed independently or integrated with another application.

All original proprietary source code, software architectures, user interfaces, workflows, designs, documentation, and other protectable materials owned by 3C Publications LLC remain the intellectual property of 3C Publications LLC.

Third-party software, models, frameworks, and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership rights.
